responsible for acquisition, identification, cataloguing,
classification, and preservation of library materials. This bibliography
compiled in 1997 for ALCTS Acquisitions Section.

Directory of over 3000 entries maintained for the benefit of the
library community, in particular, acquisitions, serials and collection
development librarians. The aim is to provide a register of email
addresses for communication with publishers, vendors and associate
resources. Addresses for general enquires, ordering and requesting
sample issues are included as well as direct links to WWW on-line
enquiry and ordering forms.
